Quality Improvement Specialist – Physician Office Engagement
We are seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to recruit and support physician offices in participating in quality improvement projects. This role combines health care quality improvement expertise, strong recruiting skills, and project management experience.
What you'll do
Recruit and enroll physician offices to participate in quality improvement initiatives
Build relationships with practice managers and clinical leaders
Provide quality improvement coaching and technical assistance
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and participation tracking
Facilitate meetings, trainings, and collaborative learning sessions
What you bring
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
3+ years practice management experience
3+ years in health care quality improvement (physician office preferred)
Experience with recruitment, outreach, or sales/partnership development
Knowledge of physician office operations and quality programs
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Advanced remote work technology experience
Experience maintaining a CRM database
