Quality Improvement Specialist- Credentialing
Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a Quality Improvement Specialist- Credentialing. In this contract role you will support and assist the credentialing function for the team.
Major duties
ā¢ Monitor the queue and process for the credentialing and re-credentialing of various providers
ā¢ Prepare files for credentialing documentation
ā¢ Generate letters to providers in accordance with departmental workflows
ā¢ Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding credentialing status
ā¢ Provide various administrative support to the Credentialing function
ā¢ Ensure all credentialing files are prepared for Credentialing Committee meetings
What are we looking for?
ā¢ High School Diploma
ā¢ 1-2 experience in credentialing/call center experience
ā¢ Familiar with CAQH and NPDB
ā¢ Knowledge of state regulations.

ā¢ Rate: $21.39/hour
ā¢ W2 Contract
ā¢ Worksite Location: Remote in PST State
ā¢ 3 month contract with opportunity to extend
