Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Performance Testing Architect and Engineer to lead the design and execution of performance testing strategies across enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical depth in performance engineering, hands-on tool proficiency, and analytical acumen to optimize performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices
• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for web, mobile, and backend systems
• Develop test scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner
• Analyze results to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and system optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC
• Select and manage performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to performance engineers
• Create detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Leverage GenAI to analyze performance test results and reports
Required Skills:
• Expertise in performance testing and engineering
• Proficiency with LoadRunner and additional tools like JMeter, Gatling, Neoload
• Experience with scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks
• Proficient with Splunk and similar logging tools
• Hands-on with APM tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic
• Experience working on cloud platforms, especially Azure, and with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and networking
• Familiarity with AI-powered analysis in performance testing and reporting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
