Designation - Quality Control Diamond GraderLocation - BKC, Mumbai (in-office)We are looking for a Diamond Grading professional to join our dynamic team. We are a global team of big thinkers, risk takers and hard workers.What you'll do:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Perform QC on 100% stones before shippingEnsure stones are quality checked as soon as they arrive and decrease waiting time to perform QC on each stonePerform QC as per the set process maintaining high standards of Nivoda Quality Control which become industry benchmarkEnsure 0 customer complaints with regards to quality of stonesNotify customers of all quality control issues and get buyer team to offer replacement goods if neededEnsure all stones are collected in a timely manner, checked for quality and handed over to the Shipping team for timely deliveryTake delivery of all stones delivered in the office. Match invoice with system priceResponsible for safe upkeep of all stones received in officeDaily matching of stones received, shipped and stored in safeWhat you'll need:5 years + Experience in diamond grading and quality assessment across all categoriesKnowledge of diamondsSpeaks good English, written and verbalIs transparent & honest- as he/she will be dealing with stonesAbility to multitask efficiently with multiple counterpartsAttention to detailHumble, honest, trustworthyShows respect & appreciation for every personTakes 100% responsibility with a can do attitude - Does not blame, complain, criticize or condemnWhat you'll get:Flexible working hours and a great company cultureDynamic working environment in an extremely fast-growing companyWork in an international environmentAmple experience to grow and learn
