We're seeking a passionate and skilled Quality Assurance Tester to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance testing methodologies to ensure our products are safe, reliable, and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual testing of new products, ensuring high-quality delivery to customers
Collaborate with Development Engineers on Mobile Development, Embedded Software, and Cloud teams to provide testing support and troubleshoot issues
Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience of our products and services
Participate in process improvements, efficiency, and accuracy initiatives

As a Quality Assurance Tester on the Blink team, you will bring passion and expertise to utilize and grow your skills, significantly improving product quality and testing efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Mobile Development, Embedded Software, and Cloud, to ensure seamless product delivery.
About the Team:
Our vertically integrated engineering organization offers the opportunity to test algorithms, hardware, firmware, industry-leading AWS infrastructure, and mobile applications. As part of Amazon Devices, you will collaborate with other teams, such as Ring, Kindle, Fire, and Echo, to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with manual testing experience
Experience following existing test plans and executing test cases
Experience gathering logs/traces for further debugging and filing valid bugs with relevant details
Experience reproducing and documenting errant component behavior and escalating defects when high-severity issues are discovered

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience testing Mobile Applications
Experience with test plan management tools, such as TestRail, Dynamics, or similar
Experience with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA, or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with technicians and engineers at all levels when troubleshooting problems
