We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor, Quality Assurance and Training. This position will lead a small team of QA specialists, develop and manage policies and procedures, coordinate provider network communication, and take on other projects as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance, training, and leadership coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Establish a QA Workflow for the Department. The Department manages a network of Physical Therapy practices throughout the country. Candidates will be responsible for conducting training and continued education.

Mainly responsible for:
Be able to provide training.
Write all the communication to be sent to providers.
Create Curriculum and Workflow and put together steps . (Put together the whole workflow for the department).
Also responsible to ensure the team should know how to manage relationships with providers and how to support them.
Make sure the team follows the workflows.
