Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (Manual)
PeopleGrove is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support an agile product development team. The role involves testing, iterating on feature releases, and ensuring high-quality product experiences. Requirements Testing new features and providing feedback to the product/engineering team. Writing and maintaining efficient, thorough test cases. Coordinating and managing feature releases with product/engineering. Regression and stability testing on the live environment. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. Track, log, and verify defects in bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps). Contribute to test documentation Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Actively participate in regular knowledge transfer sessions. Hands-on experience on Mixpanel to validate user behavior tracking Hands-on experience in API manual testing. Exposure to AI-driven QA tools (Testim, Applitools Eyes, Katalon, KaneAI, QASE, ChatGPT/Rovo) Ability to use AI for test case optimization, defect prediction, and self-healing automation scripts.
