Position Summary:
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Intern, you will work closely with our development and testing teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts while learning industry-standard QA methodologies. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your technical skills in test automation frameworks, bug tracking, and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.
Key Learning Areas:
Automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright)
Test scripting in languages like TypeScript
Agile practices and CI/CD integration
Defect tracking and reporting
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Playwright
Write clean, efficient, and reusable test code in languages such as TypeScript
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects
Log, track, and verify bug fixes
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Monitor build stability and test execution in deployment environments
Functional & Regression Testing
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to understand features and testing needs
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Collaborate with team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in or recently received a Bachelor's degree at an accredited university specializing in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Have knowledge of or are learning as a part of a degree on the resources listed below
TypeScript
Exposure to SQL Server and writing queries
Knowledge about APIs
Knowledge about SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle)
Knowledge about code branching techniques
Strong academic record
Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional remote environment
