Description

Proficient at providing testing expertise for support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications. Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design and test tools selection.

Responsible for ensuring that the test design and documentation support all applicable clients, agency or industry standards timelines and budgets. Responsible for ensuring that testing conclusions and recommendations are fully supported by test results, and project managers are fully informed of testing status and application deviations from documented user requirements

The selected candidate will work on the DeCA Financial and Contracting implementation project team.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst On This Project, You Can Expect To Be Tasked With Some, All Or None Of The Following Activities
• Test Case creation: Ability to create detailed test cases based on internal and external user feedback.
• Test Execution: Execute test cases to identify defects, ensure functionality, and verify that the software meets quality standards.
• Defect Tracking: Document and track defects, issues, and deviations from project specifications. Work closely with project team to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new software versions or updates do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government personnel, product managers, and business analysts, to communicate testing progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to testing processes, test cases, and testing results.
• Testing Tools: Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA and others.
• Automated Testing: Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium Web Driver and Cucumber
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey testing results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Thorough attention to detail to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accurate defect reporting.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Oracle Fusion Domain Knowledge: Preferred but not required.

Educational Level: Bachelors

Experience Level: Proficient (5+ years)
