Position Title Quality Assurance Analyst IV Contract Duration Work Location • Work Arrangement: 100% remote • Residency Requirement: Candidates must be current Wisconsin residents • Relocation: Not permitted • Work must be performed within the State of Wisconsin Interview Process • Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams Position Overview The Quality Assurance Analyst IV is responsible for performing both functional and non-functional testing for enterprise-level data management solutions. This includes testing across data platforms such as data lakes, data integration (ETL), master data management (MDM), data quality, and business intelligence systems. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills to support data analysis, validation, and reconciliation, along with extensive experience performing QA activities for complex data platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures. • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive QA test plans. • Perform analysis to ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards. • Implement and monitor test scripts to evaluate system functionality, reliability, performance, and overall quality. • Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes and tools. • Provide clear, objective, and detailed feedback on defects and errors, including quantitative and qualitative analysis. • Track defect resolution efforts and monitor progress through completion. • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and end-user expectations. • Identify opportunities for product and process improvements. • Compile, analyze, and report statistical data related to defects and test results. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, and software testing • 5+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience • 5+ years of excellent written and verbal communication skills • 5+ years of demonstrated attention to detail • 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • 5+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects and tasks • 3+ years of strong SQL experience for data analysis and reconciliation • 2+ years of experience independently leading QA efforts • 2+ years of experience planning and organizing QA activities • 1+ year of experience performing functional and non-functional testing for data platforms supporting: • ETL / Data Integration • Master Data Management (MDM) • Data Quality • Business Intelligence (BI) Preferred Skills • Experience automating test scripts for data management platforms • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA) • Experience using test management tools (e.g., Zephyr) • Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices • Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset Job Type: Contract Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
