About the position
The Quality Assurance Analyst III (Commercial Loan Document Review) is responsible for ensuring that service and department quality standards are met. This role involves conducting reviews of loan accuracy to identify and correct errors, thereby minimizing margin compression issues and reducing customer irritants related to booking errors. The position plays a crucial role in strengthening the risk profile and ensuring the accuracy of regulatory reporting, while also providing leadership and direction to less experienced staff.
Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to less experienced staff

Lead and execute complex projects to attain company and/or department objectives

Identify opportunities for process improvements to advance service quality

Recommend and implement department training needs
,
Maintain and develop expert knowledge of company systems
,
Coordinate quality control and/or compliance activities
,
Create manuals, reports, and documents and make updates as needed
,
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
,
Develop, recommend, facilitate, and/or coordinate employee training
,
Monitor employee and/or division performance to ensure compliance with standards
,
Contribute to a positive, ethical, and respectful working environment
,
Model company culture internally and externally
,
Participate in meetings and coaching sessions
,
Keep staff informed of procedural changes or enhancements
,
Provide support to department leadership in trend analysis and performance feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
,
5+ years related experience required
,
Commercial Loan Experience Preferred
,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
,
Proven time management and organizational skills
,
Strong computer skills
,
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
,
Proven problem-solving skills
,
Excellent interpersonal skills
,
Ability to work as an active participant in a team and independently
,
Experience in a fast-paced environment
