Quality and Project Analyst

Position Overview: Emerging Tech is seeking a Quality & Project Analyst to support a dual-function role across VA program delivery and internal quality/governance operations. This position dedicates approximately 60% of effort to Project Analyst support on VA contracts and 40% to Quality & Governance functions, including ISO, CMMI, and CMMC compliance activities. Responsibilities may evolve as the candidate develops. This is a remote position.Key Responsibilities:Project Analyst Support (VA Programs)Support project documentation for VA contracts.Assist with tracking deliverables and due dates.Maintain action item logs and risk trackers.Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and Weekly Status Reports (WSRs).Help organize compliance matrices and reporting templates.Coordinate with SMEs to gather required documentation.Support monthly status reporting and data collection.Quality & Governance SupportAssist with maintaining quality documentation and SOPs.Help organize ISO, CMMI, and CMMC-related materials.Support internal process documentation efforts.Maintain version control of governance documents.Track corrective action items and internal reviews.Assist in preparing for audits or internal reviews.Help build templates, checklists, and structured workflows.Organize and lead quarterly Management Review Meetings (MRMs).Minimum Qualifications:2–3 years of professional experience in project support, analyst, operations, or compliance roles.Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information systems, or a related field.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Comfortable working in structured, compliance-driven environments.Strong written communication skills.Detail-oriented and process-minded.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple priorities.Willingness to learn ISO/CMMI fundamentals.Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to federal contracts (VA, DoD, DHS, etc.).Familiarity with compliance documentation.Experience supporting technical or cybersecurity teams.Basic understanding of governance frameworks, including CMMC.What We Offer:Paid time off (PTO) and federal holidays.401(k) plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other standard benefits.Mission-driven work supporting federal health IT and scheduling solutions.
