As a Quality Analyst within PNC's Treasury Management Healthcare Operations Group, you will work remotely from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Cleveland, Ohio or Dallas, Texas area.
In this role, you will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create UAT test plans and test cases. Specifically you will....
Execute UAT test scenarios for healthcare applications.
Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues using issue tracking tools.
Validate that system workflows align with healthcare processes and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
Coordinate with end-users and subject matter experts to gather feedback and refine test scenarios.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity during testing.
Assist in verifying system integrations with third-party healthcare applications or APIs.
Provide detailed testing reports and sign-off documentation to certify readiness for production.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in UAT testing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10).
Hands-on experience with UAT tools and issue tracking software (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills for creating clear test scripts and reports.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Basic SQL skills to query databases for data validation (preferred).

Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
Participates in supplier quality improvement initiatives; works with suppliers to develop and improve incoming quality levels.
Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, facilitates effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
