As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to contribute to our mission by executing qualitative primary market research across a variety of life sciences companies utilizing insights generated from key stakeholder groups including physicians, patients, payers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. In this role, you will directly inform strategies that impact healthcare decisions around the globe. This is more than just an entry point—it's a chance to drive meaningful change from day one. How You'll Make an Impact: As a key member of our growing research team, you'll play an essential role in shaping how life sciences companies understand and respond to the needs of patients, providers, and payers. You'll bring market research to life—supporting and executing studies that deliver actionable insights to leading life sciences companies. By collaborating with Insights Directors, clients, and internal teams you'll manage study design, fieldwork, and data quality from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include drafting and programming screeners, reviewing discussion and report drafts, and keeping clients informed with clear, timely updates. Every project you touch will contribute to real-world healthcare decisions—making your impact both immediate and meaningful. What We're Looking For: • Curious, collaborative team members who actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously seek to learn. • 1-3 years of experience delivering primary market research directly to pharmaceutical and biotech clients. • Strong foundational knowledge of primary market research design and execution, particularly in support of drug and medical device manufacturers. • Understanding of life sciences stakeholder groups, including healthcare professionals, patients, pharmacists, and payers. • Passion for leveraging technology to enhance market research capabilities and drive innovation. • Proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems, delivering creative solutions, and driving meaningful outcomes. • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of project execution. • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or life sciences; advanced degree a plus or relevant work experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Mac skills a plus). Our job titles and range posted may span more than one career level for a given job title. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for a variable plus employee benefits.
