This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: California (USA) QA tester Automation NY/NJ or Pittsburg PA (Remote) Contract Must Experience • Selenium / Java • API test prefers 10 year exp must Responsibilities • Execute and run the manual test for a given application with a QA Test environment and capture results/create bugs; • Executing system and field-level test cases; • Participating in Peer Review of Test Cases; • Interact with Business Analyst/Application Development Teams to understand business technical requirements and design; • Incorporating feedback into test cases from Peer Review; • Develop automated tests for RESTful API Endpoints using Postman or SoapUI; • Re-testing defects once fixed by the developers; • Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback to reduce risk and enhance delivery; • Creating test data for system testing, UAT, and regression testing; • Provide automation expertise to the project team and troubleshoot automation issues. Help define, improve and implement QA best practices; • Develop manual test cases tailored to JIRA User Stories in a qTest environment. Requirements • Knowledge in Agile, & Scrum methodology; • Strong SQL experience; • Selenium Web Driver; • Rally; • Backend testing experience; • Extensive knowledge in UFT; • Experience in Web Service and SOA service testing automation tools such as SoapUI and Postman; • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; enjoys working in a team environment; • Strong experience in VBScripts and Descriptive Language; • Gherkin scripting; • Knowledge in Oracle databases and SQL queries; • MUST HAVE 1-4 years of hands-on scripting/coding skills with at least one language such as Ruby (preferred), Java, C#, etc; • Test management tool experience (zephyr preferred); • Proficient writing SQL queries.
