ā¢ 3+ years of experience coordinating highly complex testing efforts.
ā¢ Deep knowledge and experience with various testing methodologies in both agile (Scrum; Kanban) and waterfall environments.
ā¢ Ability to quickly develop a good understanding of the technical details within the applicable application(s)/system(s) to be tested as well as correlate that activity to the solution and the business feature(s) it supports.
ā¢ Ability to translate high level or vague specifications into clear testing requirements with acceptance criteria
ā¢ Strong technical and analytical skills
ā¢ Knowledge of multiple platforms ranging from mainframe to entities
ā¢ Strong interpersonal and team building skills to influence participants and drive results. Solid individual contributor, but will spend time providing direction to othersDetail oriented with the ability to work and guide others during time constraints to meet deadlines
ā¢ Ability to adapt in a dynamic cross-functional work environment, learn quickly, identify risk and solve problems
ā¢ Functions well in a large-scale, highly complex, cross-functional / platform environment
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
ā¢ Strong time management skills and the ability to work well in a diverse environment
ā¢ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application software: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project
