QA Test lead With P&C Exp-(Fulltime) - Hybrid
• 12-14 Years of experience working in a role delivery of large multifunctional projects.
• Experience working in customer environment, managing client stakeholders and their business priorities.
• Strong P&C domain experience
• Experience defining Test Strategy, Test Plans
• Manage onshore/offshore and client interaction and stakeholder communication as per the business needs. Supervise entire team and responsible for timely and quality deliveries.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
• Test Consulting and assessment in test automation / test process standardization, lead assessment exercise
• Strong understanding of SQL concepts - must have experience in Oracle, SQL Server databases
• Ensure test coverage and Requirement traceability. Review test scenarios and test cases.
• Must have work experience in various Manual testing areas - Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing and End-to-End Testing.
• Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to team.
• Should have Experience in developing and maintaining overall Test methodology and strategy, Test Estimation, creating Test plans, Test cases and executing Tests cases.
• Test Execution Reports and Test Exit Reports
• KPI and Metrics. Status and Risk Reporting
• Interact with the development/BA team to triage defects and requirement clarifications.
• Work independently and demonstrate ownership on tasks assigned.
