QA Nurse Home Health Nurse

We’re hiring a QA Nurse – Home Health Software Validation Specialist at Betasky Software. We are looking for an experienced RN with strong home health and OASIS QA experience to help us validate workflows, improve clinical usability, and strengthen compliance before launch. This role is ideal for someone who understands how clinicians actually document in home health and can work closely with a software team to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities • Test and review home health workflows including SOC, ROC, Recertification, Transfer, and Discharge • Validate OASIS-E / OASIS-E1 logic, required fields, skip patterns, and chart accuracy • Identify compliance issues, workflow issues, and usability concerns • Review generated care plan content including goals, interventions, homebound status, and medical necessity • Support user acceptance testing and pre-launch validation Qualifications • Active RN • Home health experience required • Strong OASIS documentation and QA/chart review experience • Experience with home health software such as Axxess, WellSky, MatrixCare, Homecare Homebase, or similar • Ability to communicate clearly with both clinical and technical teams Preferred • OASIS certification or equivalent strong QA experience • Experience training clinicians • Experience in software testing, QA, or UAT Type: Part-time or Contract Compensation: Based on experience If you are interested, or know someone who may be a strong fit, please send me a direct message.
