Our brand stands for innovation in the Bitcoin community, and we’re growing our team to accelerate the future.We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled QA Engineering Manager to lead our QA team in ensuring the quality, stability, and security of our Bitcoin and blockchain-based applications. As a QA Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing test strategies, mentoring QA engineers, and working cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to maintain high-quality standards.What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities):Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.Define and oversee the implementation of test strategies, ensuring coverage for functional, performance, security, and regression testing.Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for blockchain-based applications and APIs.Establish best practices for QA processes and continuously improve testing methodologies to enhance product quality.Work closely with developers to review features, identify testability concerns, and ensure proper validation of new functionalities.Manage bug tracking and reporting processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects.Coordinate with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and optimize execution in cloud-based environments.Stay updated with blockchain and fintech QA trends, security vulnerabilities, and best practices.Communicate QA metrics, progress, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role; preferably in fintech, blockchain, or security-focused industries.Strong background in automation testing frameworks and methodologies.Deep understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology.Experience with API testing tools and scripting languages.Knowledge of security testing methodologies, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.Hands-on experience with performance testing tools.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first, and collaborative environment.Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
