+ You have experience with QNXT, claims processing , healthcare insurance and SQL

• * Job Summary*
• The QA role within our Agile team is a Senior Analyst position dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. This role involves taking full responsibility for testing ETL and Analytical solutions constructed on Microsoft on-premise and cloud technologies. The incumbent will be accountable for understanding, designing, developing, and executing test cases, as well as providing quality assurance insight and support to team members.

An ideal candidate will possess a balance of business acumen, technical expertise, critical thinking abilities, strong communication skills, and substantial QA experience.
• * Knowledge/Skills/Abilities*
• + 3+ years in quality assurance

+ Experience testing solutions developed in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power

BI and Azure Databricks

+ Experience working in an Agile and Waterfall methodologies

+ Familiar with utilizing Jira and Azure Dev Ops

+ Good SQL skills

+ Understands QNXT

+ Health Insurance knowledge

+ Reviews, analyzes and estimates project test requests

+ Develops and documents a test plan that describes the testing steps and test cases needed to prove that the components of the solution work as expected for any and all solutions, including complex solutions

+ Comfortable with answering questions regarding business, technical and operations rules that may impact testing

+ Provides feedback for development teams through project testing as needed

+ Creates, presents and executes functional and acceptance test cases in accordance with the requirements of the project.

+ Manages complex project testing tasks from requirements review through deployment, including work assignment, prioritization, issue triage etc.

+ Able to work in a project team setting while also able to complete tasks individually within the provided timeline or as needed, accelerated timeline to meet the desired deployment deadline.

+ Effectively communicates solutions through review meetings, written specifications, workflow diagrams, and/or proof of concept demonstrations

+ Able to anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks

+ Able to suggest improvement practices to ensure systems are working more efficiently and improve quality.

+ Lead and/or facilitate cross functional meetings

+ Ensure defects are accurately documented, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner

+ Performs research and analysis of customer initiated inquiries and requests, utilizing technical tools as necessary to fully test reported issues/requirements.

Pay Range: $67,725 - $155,508 / ANNUAL
