Python & JavaScript Web Scraper

Our client is an established startup in the telecom domain, building and maintaining digital products that match customers with the right phones/service providers for their individual needs. Their business is growing, and they’re finding that they have too much work. So, they’re looking to add two Python developers to the two they already have. These new team members will be responsible for writing programs that scrape the web, bringing the results back into central databases. So, a strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript is essential. LOCATION: This client operates entirely remotely. Candidates are welcome to work from anywhere in the United States. The Eastern timezone is favored. MODE: This is a permanent, full-time role. REQUIRED: Applicants must have the following: • Python (3+ years) • Javascript • SQL • Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Web scraping experience STRONGLY DESIRED:In addition, it would be great if you had some background in: • Chrome extension development • Experience in the cell phone industry COMPENSATION: This client is offering a salary of $122k/yr in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
