Python Engineer- Client Facing

If this sounds like you and you're eager to be part of a dynamic, growth-focused team, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI Develop scalable and secure REST APIs for microservices-based systems Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes Work closely with DevOps engineers to implement and maintain GitOps workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and implement best practices for observability Requirements 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development Proficient in building APIs using FastAPI and working with RESTful services Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment Familiarity with GitOps principles and related tooling (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code practices Strong understanding of cloud-native application patterns and microservices architecture Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skillsBenefitsLong-term 12 month contract, Full-time Choose your contract: Contract or B2B,10 Days PTO after 4 months of working in IT Labs,Referral Bonuses,Working on international projects,Virtual Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Events and team hangouts.Our valuesWe are a company that seeks the best for both our employees and clients, reaching beyond expectations in turning dreams into reality.
