Python Developer - Remote $ 120/Hours

Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and validate coding benchmarks in Python by curating issues, solutions, and test suites from real-world repositories
ā¢ Ensure benchmark tasks include comprehensive unit and integration tests for solution verification
ā¢ Maintain consistency and scalability of benchmark task distribution
ā¢ Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity
ā¢ Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reliability and reproducibility
Ideal Qualifications
ā¢ 3ā10 years of experience as a backend software engineer, ML engineer, or applied data scientist
ā¢ Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Python
ā¢ Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code
ā¢ Comfortable with technical writing and attention to detail
Project Timeline
ā¢ Start Date: Immediate
ā¢ Duration: 1 month
ā¢ Commitment: Part-time (15ā20 hours/week)
ā¢ Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous ā flexible working hours
Compensation & Contract
ā¢ $80 per hour plus lucrative bonus per approved task (1 task takes approximately 1 hour to complete)
ā¢ Median average pay inclusive of bonuses is $200/hr
ā¢ Independent contractor
ā¢ Daily payment via Stripe Connect
