We are passionate about helping people find hope, resilience, and meaningful change.We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Publishing Clerk / Documentation Specialist to assist with preparing, formatting, organizing, and maintaining documents for digital or internal publishing. This is a support-focused role with straightforward tasks, ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.Responsibilities:Format and edit documents in Microsoft Word, PDF, or Google DocsUpload files to internal systems, shared drives, or content management platformsRename, tag, and archive documents using consistent naming conventionsCheck documents for formatting issues, typos, or outdated informationTrack document versions and ensure the most current file is availableMaintain logs or spreadsheets of submitted or published documentsPerform basic quality checks (e.g., ensuring hyperlinks work or pages are numbered)Requirements:Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word), Google Workspace, or similar toolsComfortable with document formatting, saving, and organizing filesStrong attention to detail and time managementAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable internet connection and computerWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationPaid time off and recognized holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceContinuing education reimbursement and professional development supportWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
