Public Adjuster Remote (No Field)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Public Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property insurance claims, with proven experience handling initial claims, reopening denied claims, and filing supplemental claims. This is a remote position with flexible hours and high earning potential for the right candidate.
Position is 1099, Independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle property damage claims from start to finish, including initial assessments, documentation, negotiation, and resolution.
• Reopen and manage denied or underpaid claims, advocating for policyholders to achieve fair outcomes.
• Prepare and submit supplemental claims with detailed justifications and supporting documentation.
• Maintain communication with clients, insurance carriers, contractors, and internal team members throughout the claims process.
• Conduct inspections (virtually or in-person, depending on the region and client preference).
• Stay current on state laws, policy language, and industry trends affecting property insurance claims.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Public Adjuster (required in your home state and/or states you wish to operate in)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial property claims adjusting
• Proven track record in handling denied and supplemental claims
• Strong understanding of insurance policy language, estimating software (Xactimate preferred), and claim negotiation strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
