Job Overview
We work exclusively with Quick Books Online and related 3rd party software. The ideal candidate enjoys the ever-evolving landscape of an up-and-coming business and is looking to elevate their career through management.
Responsibilities
Schedule:
Full-time (35-40 hours), generally 10 am-3 pm ET Mon-Thurs.
Tasks include: monthly account reconciliations, QBO set up for incoming clients, and cleanup for established clients.
Required knowledge/skills: financial report analysis, accounting best practices, financial record keeping, and clear communication.
The position will include some AP/AR/Payroll tasks in addition to month-end reconciliations.
Occasional collaboration with various CPAs our clients engage with is likely.
A variety of clients will be on this person's docket - this is not a single client setup.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience using Quick Books Online.
Must reside in the United States and be eligible for W-2 employee work.
QBO Certified (or willing to independently seek certification ASAP).
Client-facing bookkeeping and/or accounting services utilizing QBO.
Monthly Reconciliations via QBO.
Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Payroll experience.
Formal education in Accounting or Finance and/or several years of client-facing experience via QBO.
Must be generally available to work between the hours of 10 am - 3 pm ET Mon-Thurs.

Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required).
