PT HR Assistant/Office Manager (Hybrid)
Que Technology Group is a small, minority-owned Internet Technology company based in Baltimore, MD. They are seeking a part-time HR Office Manager to oversee and coordinate daily administrative activities while supporting Human Resources duties. This hybrid role involves managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, as well as handling HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding and maintaining HR databases.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize office records, documents, mail, and filesEnsure the availability of necessary office supplies and equipmentEnsure the office premises are well-maintained, safe, and secureCoordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvementsHandle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mailDraft and review official documents, reports, and correspondence as neededEnsure the functionality of office technology, including computers, phones, and softwareAssist with company audits as neededEmployee onboarding paperwork and onboarding processesManaging HR databasesMaintaining confidentiality of HR records and filesCorporate documents and creating SOPsPart-time, intern, and intern management recruitingOther HR and office duties as assignedSkillsProven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative roleProficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsStrong time management and self-motivation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of office management best practicesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsMust have a permanent address in a HubZone area and must provide address verification documentsMeet 15-hour per week commitment60 hours per month requirementMeet weekly report deadlines by 5pm each FridaySubmit timesheets by due date on a bi-weekly basisPrevious experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferredKnowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulationsBenefitsFlexible hours between Monday-FridayCompany-sponsored eventsCompany OverviewA scalable solution provider with technical professionals who have the skills, product knowledge.
