P/T Business Development Specialist / Lead Generator - USA - Remote -

We are expanding our global sales team and looking for proactive, goal-oriented Business Development & Sales Consultants to help source new business and partnership opportunities.
This is a contract role (5 hours per week, 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday) that offers flexibility, autonomy, and high earning potential. The base pay is in your local currency, plus generous commission for deals closed.
Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients using your network, LinkedIn, email, and cold-calling.
• Client Relationship Building - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and business owners.
• Sales Pipeline Management - Track leads, follow up on conversations, and keep opportunities moving.
• Sales Presentations & Pitches - Clearly communicate the value of Rosie's People services to prospective clients.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with our consultancy team to align sales strategies with client needs
• Market & Industry Research - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client challenges to position our solutions effectively.

Ideal Candidates Must Have:
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (2+ years)
• ️ A strong professional network of HR leaders, business owners, or decision-makers
• ️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• ️ A results-driven mindset - self-motivated and able to meet targets independently
• Experience in HR, consulting, staffing, or recruitment services (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work autonomously without the need for constant oversight
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
