PsyPact Psychologist (Remote / Telehealth)
About Us
PECGNA is a telehealth-based mental health practice specializing in forensic psychological evaluation services. We are committed to delivering timely, objective, and high-quality assessments that support legal and administrative decision-making. We are currently expanding our team and seeking licensed psychologists with forensic experience to provide services remotely across PSYPACT participating states.
Types of Evaluations We Commonly Provide
β’ Family-Building (Surrogacy)
β’ Parental Fitness Evaluations
β’ Fitness for Duty Assessments (e.g., public safety, healthcare, government roles)
β’ Court-Ordered Psychological Evaluations
β’ Civil Capacity Assessments (e.g., medical decision-making, testamentary capacity)
β’ Guardianship and Capacity Evaluations (e.g., Alzheimer's, dementia, neurocognitive concerns)
β’ Immigration Evaluations (especially relevant for Spanish-speaking clients)
Required Experience and Skills
β’ Fluency in English, with the ability to conduct interviews and write reports
β’ Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
β’ Active PSYPACT license
β’ Experience conducting forensic psychological evaluations
β’ Strong clinical interviewing and diagnostic skills
β’ Familiarity with psychological and neurocognitive testing instruments
β’ Ability to write clear, well-organized, legally defensible reports
β’ Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
β’ Prior experience working with attorneys, courts, or public agencies
β’ Telehealth experience
β’ Willingness to testify in court, if necessary
