Psychotherapist, (Remote Private Practice)

We are continually looking for exceptional clinicians who will bring knowledge, experience and a unique counseling approach. Please see the following qualifications: • Must currently have 15 or more billable clients weekly (private practice clients that will potentially come to the practice). • Provide individual/couples therapy and willing to grow client load to a minimum of 18 clients per week. • We prefer the following licensed clinicians (LCPC/LCSW/Psychologist), and will consider experienced LPC's with one year of licensure. *Not accepting LSW candidates at this time • Open to working from a trauma and psychodynamic lens/perspective • Working with adolescents is a plus. • Culturally competent • LGBTQIA+ affirming • This practice contracts with BCBS PPO, United Health Care PPO or accepts self-pay Competitive starting rate and benefits: • Starting percentage 55% (some exceptions for higher percentage, LPC's with less than 2 years in private practice will start at 53%) • approx. $65,000 starting salary is based on an 18 billable clients per week • Health insurance stipend • Educational allowance • PTO after 3 months • Year end bonus Duties: - Provide individual and/or couples/family psychotherapy sessions to clients - Ability to assess and diagnose clients to determine appropriate treatment plans - Develop and help implement therapeutic interventions based on client needs - Utilize evidence-based practices as well as innovative ethical therapeutic approach to address client's mental health needs as well as concerns relating to daily living. - Consult with clinicians on therapeutic treatment as well as sharing knowledge bi-weekly - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of the practice Please send an email to [email protected] Website: intentionspsychotherapypllc.com Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Education: • Master's (Preferred) Experience: • Mental health counseling: 2 years (Required) Location: • Illinois (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
