Competitive Pay: $50–$65 per billable hour (based on license & experience)

We're on the lookout for empathetic, energized, licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW-C or LCMFT) who are ready to bring their passion to our virtual care team and serve children, teens, and families across Maryland.

What You'll Do:✅ Deliver individual, family, or group therapy sessions via telehealth for approximately 26 sessions per week
✅ Hours are preferred 3p-9p and one weekend day per week
✅ Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans tailored to client needs.
✅ Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and fellow clinicians.
✅ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR.
✅ Empower families with tools, education, and ongoing support.

Who We're Looking For:
Maryland license required:
• Fully licensed: LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT
• Passion for working with youth populations.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a virtual environment.
