Psychologist - Remote ADHD Assessor

Job Summary: We are a new, innovative telehealth startup launching in California and we are seeking a California-licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to serve as the 100% owner and Principal Clinical Director of a specialized ADHD diagnostic Professional Corporation. In this role, you will be the clinical "brain" of a modern, asynchronous telehealth practice. You will serve as the sole shareholder of the professional corporation while performing remote, data-driven diagnostic reviews. Our Management Services Organization (MSO) handles all marketing, technology, and administrative operations, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical excellence. The Role: • Principal Owner: Establish and own 100% of the Professional Psychology Corporation (fully supported by our MSO). • Remote Assessor: Perform asynchronous reviews of digital diagnostic data to establish diagnostic foundations. • Clinical Administration: Oversee clinical protocols, review informed consent documents, and serve as the primary clinical point of contact for the PC. • Clinical Collaboration: Lead the diagnostic process and coordinate with our prescribing psychiatrists for medical follow-up. • 100% Remote: No live therapy hours or fixed schedules. You manage your review queue on your own time. Compensation: • Clinical Fee: $30.00 per completed asynchronous review (estimated 15 minutes per file). • Practice Ownership: 100% equity in the Professional Corporation. • Volume: Flexible based on your availability Requirements: • License: Active, unrestricted California Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD). • Expertise: Strong clinical background in adult ADHD and psychometric assessment.
