Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team in the Cincinnati area. As a Psychiatrist with LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This is a part-time, remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, offering the perfect balance of work and personal life. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and/or lifespan populations, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches. Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop effective treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists, to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in telemedicine and in-person sessions, as needed, to provide flexible and accessible care to patients. Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in psychiatry, and incorporate this knowledge into clinical practice. Contribute to the growth and development of our clinical team, through mentorship, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Full licensure as a Psychiatrist in the state of Ohio, with an unencumbered DEA. Board certification or true board eligibility. Experience in treating adults or lifespan populations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemedicine and electronic health records. Strong leadership and communication skills.
