About the RoleReporting to the Senior Medical Leader, clinicians function as integral members of the Eleanor Health treatment team. In order to be considered for employment, candidates must have experience prescribing MAT in the past. This is a remote role. We are open to full time or part-time availability.This is a full-time role at Eleanor Health. To get you started faster, we work with Vista Staffing Agency to employ new team members as locums for 30–90 days. Being a locum means you’re working temporarily through Vista, so you can see community members right away while finishing Eleanor Health’s credentialing. Your employment will be switched to Eleanor Health after that period.What You'll DoProvides direct patient care for MAT, substance use and other psychiatric disorders both in-person and via telemedicineWorks closely with Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support servicesContributes to a unique and attractive culture that values mission-orientation, proactive initiative, ethical behavior, and collaborationEnsures medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations and CARF accreditation standardsParticipates in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiativesQualificationsCurrent active, unencumbered Missouri Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) licenseMSN degree or higherActive DEA Registration for controlled substancesCurrent National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse PractitionerMission-driven and motivated to join an organization that will transform the way we deliver accessible, evidence-based, and clinically excellent care in the substance use disorder spaceAbility to work across teams and functions, self-starter who quickly identifies what needs to be done and takes ownershipComfortable with ambiguity and taking on a variety of tasks, as neededCompensation & BenefitsThe total target annual compensation range for this position is $130,000-140,000 for a full time role at 40 hours per week.
