Who You Are
We are looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our patients on a pay-per-encounter basis.
Our pay-per-encounter model offers a unique opportunity to see patients with the flexibility of a 1099 position while having the stability of being a W2 employee. Our providers love that this gives them the ability to determine when they will see patients without the red tape involved in working as a 1099 contractor.
The ideal candidate is adaptive to change and proactive in providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement. We are looking for people excited to grow with us!

Role
See patients via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning
Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
Aid in building a physician referral network to attract new patients
Provide excellent, personalized patient care
Own the first take of resolving patients clinical inquiries and requests
Participate in patient care clinical case review with the Lead Psychiatrist as needed
Qualifications
Must have appropriate Colorado state licensure for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP); multi-state licensure a plus (particularly AZ and/or MN)
2 years of experience providing care
Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but preferred
Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software
Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible
Experience in integrative health a big plus
Excellent communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Preference given to candidates credentialed with insurance companies in CO
