Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists with PSYPACT authorization to join our expanding telehealth team. This role focuses exclusively on providing high-quality psychotherapy and group therapy services to a primarily neurodivergent population, including autistic individuals and those with ADHD, across the lifespan.

The ideal candidate is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care and has etensive experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and mental health counseling via telehealth to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Psychologists in this role support clients through ongoing therapeutic treatment, skills building, and community connection. The Clinical Psychologist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Duties
• Provide neurodivergent-affirming individual psychotherapy via telehealth platforms, primarily serving clients recently diagnosed with autism and/or ADHD.
• Facilitate and lead virtual group therapy sessions tailored to neurodivergent needs (e.g., social connection, executive functioning, emotional regulation).
• Develop and implement individualized, neurodiversity-affirming treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based and adapted therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, and strengths-based approaches.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families on autism, ADHD, and neurodivergence.
• Deliver culturally responsive and identity-affirming care to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to coordinate holistic care.
• Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and clinical trainings.
• Support development of neurodivergent-focused group curricula and therapeutic programming.
• Engage in research activities to contribute to the advancement of clinical practices within the organization.

Requirements
• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, and Active PSYPACT Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) (or willingness / ability to apply)
• Clinical experience working with neurodivergent populations, particularly autism and ADHD.
• Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology for remote patient care.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and mental health counseling techniques.
• Training in evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care).
• Strong understanding of social work principles related to mental health care.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics.
• Comfort supporting co-occurring concerns (e.g., anxiety, mood disorders, burnout, masking, identity development).
