Provider Service Rep (Commercial) FULLY REMOTE!

TekSystems is currently hiring for several FULLY REMOTE Medical Enrollment Specialists. These positions MUST sit on the East Coast as it would be EST time zone hours.

MUST HAVE: Any medical insurance experience with either Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial Insurances.

THIS PROJECT IS SLATED TO START 10/13/25 AND RUN THROUGH 1/30/26

The Associate, Provider Service Representative is responsible for responding to all Department of Health audit calls on a consistent basis.

Acts as a liaison between our internal and external customers.

Responds promptly, accurately, and effectively to all calls in a polite and professional manner.

Responds to all calls timely and have a clear understanding of call avoidance, such as but not limited to short calls, intentional disconnects, inappropriate transfers and inappropriate use of hold button.

Performs data input in a highly accurate and timely manner on all customer contacts.

Simultaneously accesses multiple databases while addressing customer’s needs.

Clearly explains all policies and procedures on both incoming and out-going calls.

Develops a comprehensive understanding of all lines of business. Has the technical skills required to be able to perform task efficiently.

Delivers information in a clear and confident manner

Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Anticipated call volume would be anywhere between 70-100 (inbound). It is autodialer, and they will need to be ready for back-to-back.

Average call time is 7 minutes. They will have time to document and wrap the calls. After that, they’ll need to be ready to take another call. Candidates have to be taking notes during the call so that they can stay within the wrap times.

Ability to work independently

Strong Computers skills and ability to talk and document at the same time

Experience in handling 70+ calls

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
