Position Description:
Founded in 2001, EDP Dental has become one of the leading providers for dental discount plans in the country! At this time, we are experiencing tremendous growth as an organization and are looking for Top Notch Account Executives to manage relationships in assigned territories across the nation!
As an account executive you will be working from home calling dental providers and marketing our discount plan. You will be responsible for building relationships and promoting our dental plan to in-network dental offices. Because these offices are in-network, these are not cold calls.
Role Essentials:
Drive continuous sales goal achievement and results in a high performing sales environment
Achieve/Exceed monthly sales and performance goals/KPIs.
Develop a strong relationship with providers, connect meaningfully and communicate professionally
Educate providers on the features and benefits of the plan
Follow a structured call flow process focused on sales and compliance.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Actively participates in training and coaching on an ongoing basis to improve performance
Meet or exceed Sales goals (individual performance KPIs - Revenue targets, Conversions, etc)
Technical Requirements:
Reliable hard-wired, high-speed Internet connection.
A quiet work area with no distractions or background noise.
This is not an entry level position. We have a very selective recruiting process and only highly qualified candidates will be considered.
