What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
Provide service to providers through multiple channels, including calls and concurrent chat
Quickly triage contacts from healthcare professionals, answering questions and resolving issues
Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to avoid repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution and communication of issues to providers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
Typing speed of 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy
Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology
Experience in a related environment (i.e., office, call center, customer service) using phones and computers as primary tools
