Provider Configuration Specialist

That is where Centivo comes in -- our mission is to bring affordable, high-quality healthcare to the millions who struggle to pay their healthcare bills.The Provider Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate healthcare provider information within organizational databases to support network operations.Responsibilities Include:Intake provider data from multiple sources, evaluate and prepare data submissions according to internal business rules and platform requirements, to ensure a successful load.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems, performing regular audit and validation checks to maintain high-quality data.Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify provider profile information.Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.Assist in developing and implementing data management procedures and policies.Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Qualifications:Required Skills and Abilities:Proven experience in using data management, load and analysis tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.3+ years of work experience in healthcarePreferred Qualifications:Experience with data analysis applications (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, Tableau).Familiarity with healthcare provider data, platforms and regulatory requirements.Work Location:This position is remoteWho we are:Centivo is an innovative health plan for self-funded employers on a mission to bring affordable, high-quality healthcare to the millions who struggle to pay their healthcare bills.
