What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborative work with proposal team and internal clients to prepare winning proposals, qualifications submittals, and interview presentations
Facilitate kick off meetings, define expectations, and manage adherence to proposal schedule
Develop strategy and win themes in collaboration with team and technical writers
Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and/or editing proposal narrative
Communicate and coordinate status with the proposal team
Facilitate final submittal production and delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in planning, preparation, and development of architectural and engineering proposals and qualifications packages
Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills
Organizational conceptual thinking skills and effective decision-making skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills
Familiarity with the AEC industry and experience with Adobe InDesign
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with proposal database software Deltek Vision
