Job Description: Casepoint is expanding our Go-to-Market team with the addition of a talented Proposal Specialist, who will work closely with our compliance team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver world-class proposals to Government agencies and large corporations. This role reports to the Director of Proposals and requires creative thinkers with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. The Proposal Specialist - Compliance & third-party risk management (TPRM) is responsible for managing, writing, and coordinating responses to compliance-related questionnaires, due diligence requests, and TPRM documentation as part of the proposal process and annual risk assessments. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant submissions by collaborating with internal stakeholders and maintaining a repository of vetted content. Job Responsibilities: • Compliance Questionnaire Management • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, TPRMs, and vendor assessment documents to identify compliance requirements. • Lead the development and submission of responses to security, compliance privacy, and regulatory questionnaires. • Maintain and update a centralized library of pre-approved compliance content. • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Coordination • Partner with legal, information security, and procurement teams to gather and validate TPRM documentation. • Manage timelines and deliverables for TPRM-related submissions during proposal and onboarding phases. • Track and report on TPRM activities, including risk assessments and mitigation plans and report on TPRM activities, including risk assessments and mitigation plans. • Quality Assurance and Compliance Alignment • Ensure all responses meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements • Conduct internal reviews and coordinate stakeholder approvals before submission. • Identify and escalate compliance risks or gaps for resolution. • Other proposal duties as assigned Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor degree (cybersecurity, engineering) • Any security certification related to FedRAMP (NIST 800-53 / 800-37), ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other industry standards (strongly preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal development and/or compliance • Knowledge of RFP lifecycle management and compliance/infrastructure standards • Excellent people skills - able to work with teams of varying sizes, technical abilities, and levels of authority with both internal corporate staff and teammates • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize • Excellent technical writing skills to be able to both decipher and rewrite content created by SMEs, as well as create content for complicated technical functionality • Excellent multi-tasking abilities - able to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word and SharePoint is required. Strong understanding of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint is highly preferred. Understanding of Microsoft Visio and Project is desired. • Experience with proposal software/content management (strongly preferred) Compensation & culture: Excellent culture produces an excellent product.
