We are looking for a Proposal Manager to join our A-team. As a Proposal Manager at Allucent, you are responsible for preparing, coordinating, and faciliating responses for sponsor Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). In this role, you will work with assigned operational departments and Business Development (BD) to create and articulate win strategies, key selling points, and execution strategy for presentation in the proposal. You will also research, develop, and synthesizes corporate and opportunity information for RFP/RFI responses, writing compelling sales-oriented text following the Allucent marketing strategy and messaging.At Allucent™, we are dedicated to helping small-medium biopharmaceutical companies efficiently navigate the complex world of clinical trials to bring life-changing therapies to patients in need across the globe.In this role your key tasks will include:Manages overall RFI/RPI activities - from initial receipt to final submission to the client to ensure an on-time submission.Participates in team alignment calls and strategy discussions to clarify scope of work, gains insights into the business opportunity, understands key messages, and develop win themes.Coordinates the contributions of team members to create high quality responses via management of project workflow through the RFP/RFI process.Formats, proofreads and edits the budget for accuracy, clarity, and readability.Supports other Business Development activities as needed.Performs bid grid mapping with oversight.Works with Part I/II functionality in the costing tool with minimal oversight.Works on complex RFPs. Having knowledge of the operational processes underlying each task code/service.
