The Proposal Lead Coordinator will provide assistance in the preparation of proposals in response to government solicitations. Will also be responsible for analyzing proposal requirements and ensure 100% responsiveness and completion of tasks in accordance with established timelines, milestones, and deadlines.This role is part-time and offers a fully remote setup. Key responsibilities:Outlining proposal requirements for assigned opportunities;Developing schedules to comply with due dates;Identifying and coordinating staff resources to draft proposal documents;Assisting in the writing of proposal sections;Editing and reviewing draft documents for conformance to proposal requirements; andManaging the production of hard copy and electronic proposal documents.Qualifications to be successful in the role:Bachelor’s degreeOutstanding organization, writing, editing, and software skills;Extreme attention to detail and deadline-driven;Experienced with standard word processing;Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment;Familiarity with Government forms such as the SF 254/255 and SF 330 and technical background is a plusProposal coordination/management experience, preferably on Government opportunities, is also a plusWhy Planate?Joining the Planate team opens you to an experience working for a Global company where you are among a team that is considered a premier trusted partner for planning, design, engineering, asset management, and professional service solutions anytime, anywhere.
