Position: Property Success Manager Portland, OR, Boise, ID, or Remote (US preferred) Portland, OR, Boise, , or Remote (US preferred) Fairly is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Property Success Managers to join our growing team. Our Property Success Managers are responsible for a portfolio of homes for all aspects of the property lifecycle, from onboarding and caretaker recruiting to ongoing operational management and performance optimization. Responsibilities • Oversee the seamless onboarding of new properties into Fairly's portfolio: recruit and mentor of caretakers, coordinate photography, and ensure initial listing success. • Conduct regular performance reviews of assigned properties and serve as a secondary point of contact for homeowners and their caretaker, building strong relationships and ensuring continued homeowner satisfaction and property success. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in vacation rental management. • Proven experience managing a portfolio of properties and homeowner relationships. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Basic yield management knowledge. • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Reporting Structure The Property Success Manager will report directly to the Director of Property Success.
