Property Onboarding & SOP Specialist (Freelance / Hourly) – Short-Term Rental PMS Platforms Company: Guesture – The Hosting Experts Location: South Wales, UK (Remote applicants accepted) Engagement: Hourly / Ongoing Start: Immediate ⸻ About Us Guesture is a small but growing short-term rental management company operating in South Wales. We currently manage around 15 properties and expect to onboard several more in the next month. We use Hostify as our main PMS, alongside: • Rentals United • Booking.com • Expedia • Agoda • Airbnb (occasionally) We are looking for an experienced freelancer to support us during busy onboarding periods, help us create structured SOPs, and improve our remote workflow. ⸻ Role Overview We are seeking a Property Onboarding & SOP Specialist with hands-on experience across major OTA platforms and channel managers. This role has two key components: ⸻ 1️⃣ Property Setup & Distribution You will help us: • Create and configure listings on Hostify • Connect properties to Rentals United • Publish and optimise listings on Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb • Ensure fees, policies, occupancy, taxes, restrictions, and content are correct • Configure cleaning fees, extra guest fees, and consistency across all channels • Ensure payout methods are correctly set up on all platforms • Assist in solving common mapping and sync issues • Ensure BeyondPricing pricing maps correctly across channels ⸻ 2️⃣ SOP Creation & Workflow Optimisation We are building a fully-fledged internal SOP library. You will: • Create Loom video SOPs demonstrating every step (Hostify setup, RU mapping, OTA onboarding, payouts, policies, etc.) • Document processes simply and clearly • Help us establish a repeatable onboarding workflow • Bring your own best practices to streamline property onboarding • Guide us with remote assistance tools and methods to speed up collaboration • Advise on secure credential sharing (LastPass / 1Password / Bitwarden) We welcome someone who can help us standardise property launches and make the whole process more efficient. ⸻ Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: • Proven experience onboarding STRs across Hostify, Rentals United, Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda • Strong understanding of OTA policies, content requirements, fees, and deposit rules • Experience creating SOPs or training resources (Loom videos especially) • Comfortable working via remote access tools when needed • A methodical, detail-oriented mindset • Excellent English communication • Availability during onboarding surges ⸻ Hours & Working Style • Flexible hourly work • Ongoing collaboration • Extra hours during heavy onboarding periods • You will help us move from manual onboarding to an SOP-driven, remote-assisted workflow ⸻ How to Apply Please submit: 1.
