This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience ManagementHandle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptlyCollaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfactionEnsure top-notch hospitality standards across all propertiesProperty Operations and MaintenanceCoordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgradesImplement preventative maintenance schedulesConduct routine property inspectionsManage relationships with contractors and service providersFinancial OversightDevelop and manage property budgetsPrepare financial reports and maintain accurate recordsOptimize property performance and revenueCompliance and Risk ManagementEnsure properties comply with local regulations and safety standardsImplement and maintain risk management strategiesStay updated on industry trends and legal requirementsQualifications5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitalityProven track record in guest relations and property operationsStrong financial acumen and budget management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in property management softwareCertifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (bonus)Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirableThe Ideal CandidateIs a self-starter with excellent time management skillsThrives in a remote work environmentHas experience managing properties in the United States (bonus)Has prior experience working remotely in similar property management or hospitality rolesWork EnvironmentFull-time remote positionSchedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a week, daytime scheduleMust reside in a country with a timezone compatible with US business hours (we do not offer graveyard shift)Compensation$20,000 annually (contractor position)Opportunity for growth in a dynamic, expanding industry
