What You’ll Be Doing • Oversee daily operations of property management, ensuring efficiency and high performance. • Maximize collections while minimizing expenses to enhance profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors. • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance needs. • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and tenant communications.
