About the position The Property Manager / REALTOR® position at Deluxe Realty in Las Vegas is a contract role focused on managing a diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will oversee both licensed and unlicensed assistants, ensuring effective operations in various areas such as leasing, inspections, and repairs. This role emphasizes a commitment to legal and ethical standards, particularly in relation to Fair Housing regulations, and offers a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities • Effectively manage the property portfolio. , • Oversee unlicensed and licensed assistants. , • Handle keys/access, inspections, and listings. , • Manage applicants, leasing, and renewals. , • Coordinate repairs and insurance/warranty claims. , • Process security deposit transmittals and turnovers. , • Perform other agreed-upon tasks. Requirements • High school diploma or GED. , • Nevada Real Estate Division License. , • REALTOR Membership. , • Property Management Permit. , • 3 years of property management experience. , • 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred). , • 1 year of experience with Mac/Chromebook/Windows. , • 1 year of experience with iPhone/iPad/Android. Nice-to-haves • Bilingual skills. , • Experience on-camera/video (1 year preferred). , • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. , • Familiarity with real estate law.
