Property Manager (Hybrid with Weekly New England Travel)

Property Manager (Hybrid with Weekly Travel Required within MA and NH) A successful real estate firm, based in Needham Massachusetts, is actively seeking a Property Manager to join their team, this role is a newly created position due to growth.This person must have commercial real estate experience and must be local to the greater Massachusetts or New Hampshire area with ability to travel to properties mostly within MA and NH on a weekly basis (2-3 days a week). This position will pay up to 100K base. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 15–20 commercial properties across New England. This role focuses on tenant relations, property maintenance, vendor management, rent collections, and supporting asset and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: • Manage operations of commercial real estate properties across NH and MA • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors • Oversee property maintenance, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) meet performance and safety standards • Handle tenant requests and service issues promptly; manage work orders and ensure timely resolution • Ensure tenant rent payments are current; apply late fees where appropriate • Solicit vendor bids, analyze proposals, and manage RFP process • Monitor compliance with insurance requirements (COIs) and vendor contracts • Coordinate and supervise preventative and emergency maintenance • Support budget preparation, CAM reconciliations, and variance analysis in collaboration with Accounting/Finance Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management (retail or industrial preferred) • Strong knowledge of building systems, commercial leases, and budget management • Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Yardi and ShareFile preferred • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities This is a full-time opportunity, if you’re interested in the Property Manager role, please submit your resume to Hali Siegel at [email protected].
